The thread of the fitting can be an NPT thread, BSP thread or JIC thread.

Parker hydraulics hose fittings JIC thread does not match the Parker hydraulics hose crimper fittings NPT thread or BSP thread.

Parker hydraulics hose fittings comes in a crimp form or reusable form. The crimp fittings are done with a machine when a hydraulic pressure is applied from hydraulic hose to the machine. While the hydraulic reusable fittings is only done with a machine with a reusable spanner end. Or an ordinary heavy duty spanner.
