Hydraulic hoses are application hoses used at a very high pressure during drilling and fluid transfer. They are made up of a hard propylene rubber materials ,textile braids and a strong multiple helix wire.
The rubber materials are formed to withstand external abrasion, oil, weather, chemicals and other fluid contents. Some of these hydraulic hoses has a smooth body surface while some comprises of a rough body surface, the surface body of the hoses depends on what you are applying it for.
The pressure rating of the hydraulic hoses are based on its application of wire. Ie the wire reinforcements.
The more the wire reinforcement, the higher the pressure the hose can withstand.
The textile braids enables for heat and temperature resistance in order to promote the working state of the hoses.
The helix wire determines the hose pressure. helix wires can be single or multiple,all single helix wire hoses are used under low pressure applications while multiple helix wire hoses are used under medium and high pressure applications
