hose Pressure

A hose pressure is known as the rate at which hydraulics and fluids are transfered to a particular place through a medium.

Hose pressure are measured in Bar ,Psi,Kpa,Mpa,and Kg/cm2.

Hose pressure 10 Bar is equall to 150 Psi

hydraulic hose pressure 1 Mpa(megapascals) is equall to 10 Bars

Hydraulic hose pressure 1 kgf/cm2 is equall to 14.22 Psi.

Hydraulic hose pressure 1 Psi is also equall to .00689 Mpa.

Hydraulic hose pressure are classified in three categories

1.) The low pressure :
low pressure is the lowest rate at which a pressure is applied or transfered from a hydraulic pressure pump to hydraulic systems.
Low pressure ranges from a pressure of 75 Psi to 300 Psi working pressure. Low pressure are applied on hoses like
Garden hoses, plastic tubing hoses, transperent hoses, oil suction and discharge hoses. Water hoses and bulk hoses.

2.) medium pressure. Medium pressure are pressure applied at a medium rates, medium pressure ranges from a pressure of 400 Psi to 1,500 psi. Medium pressure is applied on hydraulic hoses that has a one wire braid reinforcement. Termed 100R1AT.

3.)High pressure : high pressure is the highest rate at which pressure is applied. Its the maximum pressure applied to hoses and other hydraulic systems from a hydraulic pressure pump .
High pressure ranges from 1,500 Psi to more than 30,000 Psi.
High pressures are applied on hydraulic hoses and Rotary hoses.
High pressure is applied to a two wire braided hose(100R2AT), four wire braid( 100R12) and six wire braided hose( 100R13).
And all hoses that withstand a higher pressure must be grimped with a hydraulic hose crimper fittings
.
